More mixed media cats. This one was received very well in our critiques and I'm not sure why. I guess it's the old "if I like it, no one does, but if I hate it, everyone loves it". This picture was a pain in my ass. Do you know what happens to oil pastels when you add oil to them? A mess. It took a really long time to make this look even half-way decent after it was getting muddy. well, it was a good learning experience.
FYI this was oil paint, oil pastels, and my exacto knife.
