Another oriental cat. This was by far the best cat I did. This process was a little weird though. We took water color paper (I took a painting out of the garbage because the person dropped class and never claimed it, hence the blue (it was a portrait of a woman)), put white gouache on it (thick and thin), put ink all over the picture, and then washed the ink off. The idea was that the ink would go in the places you didn't put the gouache. I had to do some touch ups with charcoal, but overall it worked pretty well. Honestly, I think I was really starting to get the hang of the cats with this picture. It really captures the cat's expression and feels the most real. Still a ways to go, but it's my favorite of the 5.
