Losing your sight is like that...terrifying. Without it, you're helpless. Every step is suddenly a risk and you never know if you're gunna hit a wall or step on glass of fall off a ledge or...well you get the idea. It hurts, and trying to cover your wounds hurts, and between the bleeding and the pain and the uncertainty and the panic you'll quickly be lost and everything just becomes...hopeless. But then I met Mary, and suddenly it didn't matter if I couldn't see; I'd found everything I was looking for!

This is a bit of a different one. And one that I'm really happy I got to do <3

It's a commission for  Barley672 of their characters Cinnamon, a Zigzagoon here, and Mary, his trainer. Cinnamon lost his sight in a terrible accident, and has been plunged into a very different world; one of only sounds and scents and the cold touch of hospital tables.

But she's there.

And isn't that enough?
