And here we have quite the mess:

Plants and outer rock formations from https://www.daz3d.com/planet-edesa and https://www.daz3d.com/planet-glise-2 (I thinks).

AMD Threadripper 1950x system, 16 core, 32 thread, 32GB of RAM, Gigabyte X399 AORUS Gaming 7 motherboard Noctua NF-14TR4 CPU cooler. 3.7 Ghz all core clock.
Was told the memory was rated for 3200, but that's when playing with intel. As was suggested I've run the speed down from 3133 to 2966 and haven't seen any more issues so far.
Oh, and a GTX 1080 8 gb card for video.
(I've tried to not update/change anything, but this is running .10 and you know M$ can't not screw with things ...)

The issue might be (partially) the mainboard or the memory controller. How many modules are you running and are they single rank or double rank?
I have two sets of two memory modules each which on their own run fine overclocked to 3200. When installing both, I have to force the clock down manually below the default of 2666 to boot at all. That's with all single rank modules, dual might be even worse.
For sporadic memory errors, you might want to try memtest.

Too long for most of these as they're far larger than 8GB so DAZ defaults to CPU only. I forgot to time the day one but I know it was several hours, and I stopped the night one at a bit over five hours and under 60% done (a reason for the very long times was the memory swapping to allow DAZ to use 50GB of ram on a 32GB system ...)
More playing as I find my "round to it"

yeah some are way too long and ya get a usable shot at 50% most of the time being you will most likely shrink the image as well.. Neat trick is to use the "Post Denoiser Available" and "Bloom Filter Enable" in render settings/ filtering....Gets rid of the graininess much sooner...
So this seems to be some small, specialized landing/launch site. The "H" usually denotes a helicopter pad, IIRC, although many people associate it with hospitals. The concave launch point on the left is curious in comparison to the helipad and the four air car/bus pads. Construction also seems to be mostly pre-fabbed modules.
No helos, but none of those craft have wheels so no rolling to a stop. And other than the ships this was all three/four kits their default scenes come up this way.
I do need to learn how to use a tool to lower the rez as the system was actually using swap memory to hold the whole thing to work on (needing a bit over 50GB of ram on a 32GB system ...)
Download it for the full view, I did screw up one land mass while moving things (that raised bit near the buildings.) The other (night) shot was just using the lighting the sets had already on.
