Now that summer is over, Rath can finally leave the house again without melting from the inside. To celebrate, it would appear that he went on a bit of a shopping trip to prepare for an upcoming party (maybe his own 41st birthday, which was last September). Needless to say, it didn't take much persuasion to allow Leo to tag along, and what better place to be out of the way than on top of the dragon's shoulders?
