I drew Cindy (still a boy) at full power. Basicially a future version of himself, where his time powers are more powerful and prominent. The gold aura stringing around his body has the ability to control time, and he can throw balls of aura at people or objects to freeze them in time. I imagine a full power Cindy, jumping from buildings, throwing time freezing balls like shurikans to dodge attacks and slow downn his opponents, weaving around the battlefield gracefully.
