If you played either Earthbound/Mother 2 or the Smash series (Brawl or newer),
you'd recognize this fellow VERY easily.

For those who honestly don't know, this is Jeff Andonuts, a non-psychic kid from
the game Earthbound (or Mother 2 if you prefer it to be called that).

His specialty is being the MacGuyver of the team.

Anything broken can be weaponized by him.

If you give Bottle Rockets, Big Bottle Rockets, or Multi-Bottle Rockets, he'll
REALLY go to town on the bad guys.
