You’re surprised he betrayed you?

Why is there a giant crater in the middle of the city again? Did I miss or forget something from earlier chapters?

Its been implied a few times this city was attacked in a recent war. Wrecked buildings, no entry zones... Though that crater would imply a major bombing.

Well, when we saw Kalita attending a history class at her school, with the teacher going over something about a war with other nearby nations. And at the same time Cookie had Muko jog around the city, when at one point they got past a destroyed bridge.

😟Looks like that crater was made by a meteor,🤔perhaps this could explain how Muko, Nyarai, Kalita, Peki and all the other combagals got those strange powers.😕It also seems like Shun has a visitor and he or she clearly isn’t happy.

The world of FFC Is much more than we thought. And i love how info are not fed through exposition dump but throug art and within the story

Yeah, there is something going on with the history of this world and its inhabitants. There's this group called the Wilds that face bigotry problems from others: they are different from the others for some reason Nyarai and Peki belong to that certain group. There is also a war, the broken bridge that Cookie and Muko passed by during Muko's jogging, the fact that certain combagals, Kalita, and Gantus have somehow developed these weird fighting powers, Muko's dad having a creepy conspiracy that some group is spying on everybody, and this giant hole.

And yes, you are right. All of this is connected to some mystery or mysteries, that are maybe somehow connected one way or another. And whatever that may be has greatly shaped the world as it is presently depicted. It's wonderful that, for now, we are shown certain clues about the world's background visually rather than through a dump of explanation of what is going on. We can only speculate on what or who as part of being entertained by the story.

The crater in the middle of the city could have come from anything. A meteor or an asteroid? A really powerful missile or bomb? An accidental explosion of some sort? I do not know for certain if whatever made that crater is why some characters in this world have developed weird fighting super-powers or not, but whatever it was must have surely have a great impact to the history of the city of Tendonchi and the FCC world nevertheless.

I feel like something's missing here.

That Ruby Tower is an interesting place and I am curious about that hole in Tendonchi that Shun is observing. Something monumental happened there. It appears that Shun has a visitor, and an important one from the shade in the last panel.

I have to admit that The Ruby Tower looks cool and has to be an impressive landmark for being the city's tallest building. Seems to be an office building of some sort.

Hmm. I wonder who this is going after Shun over betrayal? Knowing the type of rotten guy Shun is, this could be anybody. Wonder what is going on here?

Also, I'm very shocked at the appearance of that giant crater in the middle of the city there, surrounded by a large fence. What is the story behind that site? There seems to be things like some sort of large debris in and around the crater if you look closer. It freaks me to see such a monstrosity there in a large urban area.
