It's the -ber months is when I get the urge to draw fan arts of a franchise. Now we have the unexpected Andal, the current Normal Monster card in the whole Gladiator Beast archetype.

This may be the first time I draw him full body, but I don't want to formally give him a quirky nickname yet like the rest of the archetype I've drawn. I'll just share my thoughts of him in terms of the children's card game for now.

Andal may be a Normal Monster but don't let that deter you to at least add 2 or 1 copy of him to your deck. Thanks to the new support from Chaos Impact, with running 2 copies, you can use the effect of "Rescue Rabbit" to banish itself to special summon 2 copies of Andal, then Link Summon "Test Panther", and with Panther's effect you can add Gladiator Beast's Comeback to special summon an Andal which is then tagged out with the effect of Panther to special summon a new Gladiator Beast. Running one copy of Andal, you can use the spell card "Unexpected Gai" to special summon Andal if you have Bestiari in your hand, normal summon Bestiari and contact fusion the two to Gyzarus. I don't want to go further details for now, but know that these can get you some plays in today's meta.
