from the left:

California Sweet Basil
Rosemary
Cayenne Pepper
Herbs de Province
Ground Coriander
Bouquet Garni
Onion
Concentrated chicken broth
French Thyme
Tumeric Root
Seasoning Salt
Garlic
and the stone I believe is volcanic
Also
4 Chicken thighs, pinch of saffron, and a can of home made game stock.
