For attending fuctions, at least. With how tight the passages in old tombs can be, clothes are bound to tear. And the point of tomb raiding is to FIND treasure, not to lose it! If she were to go anywhere less than civil in this outfit, she'd ditch all the raiments somewhere safe first.
