Despite being very emotional and volatile, Nate doesn't really show facial expression all that much, opting instead to show his mood through body language. Cynical and pessimistic, Nate doesn't like talking to people, and prefers being alone. That being said, if you try talking to him about something he likes, he can talk for a long time, and he cares for his friends deeply, and attempts to be more open around them.
