Reflections of Kenzaki's Past [PERSONAL]
Been doing a bit of practice on drawing objects and things and thought of this. Also, made a random story to go along with it. Enjoy my crappy writing! :P
The anthromorphic Pokemon was flying back to Cinnabar Island’s rebuilt town, heading back home from Kalos region. As he dropped his things he brought for the trip in his room, he looked at the Pokeball, resting on its base with the name, “Blaze” engraved on the stand on his desk. Along with a picture of a human, and his Charizard in a city where they were traveling together behind it. With tired steps, he approached the desk and sat down on the chair then took the pokeball from its stand, as the memories of his past… No, it wasn’t, but the Charizard and the human’s soul that he bears inside him, going through their memories as he stares at the red reflection of the ball in his hands. He was born with two souls, a human and a Charizard. He remembers their past in clear detail. Their birth, the meeting, their adventures, both good and bad, and up to the event where they became one. His (re)birth. A couple years ago, both Kenzaki, the human trainer, and Blaze went to rescue their dad in a village far from the civilizations of Kalos. It was there that this armed organization was looking for a special power that fuses both Pokemon and humans together in that village this organization attacked. The final evolution, not known to the world. Kenzaki, along with Blaze and his Pokemon team thwarted their efforts, but at the price of Blaze being mortally wounded by their leader. Kenzaki, not wanting to lose him, accepted his fate of being one with his Pokemon brother. Now, brought back to reality, with a sigh and a small puff of smoke from his muzzle, he looks up at the ceiling and puts back the pokeball at its stand with a look of doubt on his face. Still wonders if it was right of him to take their place. However, the memories of their family… His family and friends at that dinner that one night, will always still care for him as if the two had never left. He then smiled and sat back up, knowing things will be alright. Suddenly, his phone was ringing in the next room and went to get it. “Hello, this is the Kenzaki household, who am I talking to?” *He answers. It was a trainer wanting to battle him. After all, Kenzaki-Blaze Phoenix is Cinnabar’s new and unique gym leader after taking on the champion(s) of Kanto…
