We do not know her name yet nor quite yet say anything that would clue in for sure that she is Freydar. judging by how she seems to walk, that she and Shun know each other judging by their dialogue and their behavior (particularly Shun's) and their dialogue also suggest that they are both enemies of Cookie and wanted her gone for good from being involved in furry fighting in any fashion possible. After all, Freydar used to be such a great combagal till the things with overworking, her medication problems, how Cookie was unable to help her with the drugs, the injury that damaged her. She must hate Cookie for what had happened to her.

Also, It appears her fur pattern looks familiar to me.

Oh, crap!!! Whoever this lady is freaking monster-like huge with muscles, with huge powerful delts in her shoulders!! But is clearly woman-shaped at the same time!!! She dwarfs Shun as they stand together! She's so tall, like maybe more than 7 or so feet, though we haven't seen her face and head yet.

She seems clearly upset over news of Cookie returning to the sport with Muko and Kalita, despite Shun's best efforts in the past match. And she is grilling Shun over failing to keep her out for good.
