I felt like going back to my roots and drawing in MS Paint with a mouse. I hate when people say its a bad program, it isn't. It's simple and a great program for pixel art and beginners.
Anyways this is Regan's new design. Did I change my fursona for the millionth time? Yes, but I do not care. She's a german shepherd, perhaps even related to Aerris? Her face is asymmetrical and she has Xs on only her back paws. I'll probably make a ref for her later after commissions.

I totally agree about MS Paint. I think there's a lot of hype for paid programs being the best for digital art, but it really all depends on what you want from the program. MS paint is great for first time users! It's not too complex, easy to understand, and can be great for pixel art!

Every program has its pros and cons! Programs like ms paint may not have a whole lot of complex features, but they're free and make creating art easy to get into! Other programs (adobe photoshop) can be used to create a large array of things, but are super complex, hard to understand at times, and try to get as much money out of you as possible.
