The meeting at the Croustillant Café
Yuri was bringing his coffee at the table he usually takes, when he noticed that lady with pale blue hair with silver reflects alone on a table, looking a the floating island gravitating over the town. Approaching carefully, he was able to recognize that vixen. Bothan.
For a moment, he couldn't believed his eyes.
But everything seemed to prove that it was truly Bothan, the twin sister of the Empress Daji. Taking his courage between his hands, he finally asked :
- Could it be that you... are Kitsune Bothan?
For a moment, the arctic vixen tried to deny it, but finally sighed :
- I suppose it's no use to say that I am not.
- You're a celebrity! How it is possible for a noble like you to go to this café!
- Well... I kinda missed the breakfast...
- At 2PM?
- ... I've crushed the clocktimer... There was a dream I so wanted to continue...
The tiger then began to laugh.
- I know that too well, even if I avoid to break a poor device that just does its job!
- I suppose that I have this in the genes? Anyway, that allows me to discover those croissants.
- Yeah, they're delicious, I've heard that they're the ones who created this pastry!

Don't apologize for the time, my friend. Life never goes as planned and you have had troubles enough.
And I love the painting!!! It's nice to see Bothan having a moment away from her station. And a nice friendly chat between the characters. I can see a friendship starting because of this chance encounter. Bothan invites him to sit and they talk for a long time...
I wasn't sure what to expect when I described the scene and I'm glad you made it like this instead of the military uniforms. Feels more... personal. The viewer getting to see a more intimate side of Bothan as she remembers.
And I get to meet her!!!

Actually, and according to the storyline I have, Bothan is more of a retired lady at that moment. Even at her return from Earth, while Daji continued her duty as a grand-admiral, Bothan prefered to be a civilian, sometimes a diplomat.
That's why she affords herself some lazy times, to wake up in the afternoon.
With the recent event, Daji becoming the Empress, Bothan was considered as a noble, a thing she doesn't want and care about.
