Overhead lighting, looks like you used a decently large diffuser box. No other light sources that I can detect. Nicely done. I would recommend brightening up the head somehow. The head is the focus regardless of whether or not the eyes are in the frame. Need some way to make that area the brightest part of the subject. Studies show the brightest part of a photo is where the eyes are naturally drawn.
