So the plush is built to lay down because it weighs 150 pounds and there is no internal support structure other than an immense amount of filling, but i can kind of stand, or at list stand/sit when propped against the couch. This is why the head is point up here. The damn thing is so tall that the snout touches the ceiling with the feet on the floor, and it's so fat and wide that you can't even see the couch it's sitting on.
Additionally, the Alan plush is here for reference. That plush isn't small either, it's about 4 feet tall and it's utterly dwarfed by the BLK plush.
Question Time. I don't plan on dropping drawn art and becoming a full on plushie maker any day soon, but I do enjoy it, and would like to make more stuffed animals in the future. Given that, what kind of plush would you like to see? I won't be making another giant fifteen foot long (at least for a long time), but I'm not against building something like a 6 foot tall one.

I didn't plan on. It's about 340 pieces, some of which I did on the fly and don't have a printable template currently. And it's my own character. I might be more inclined to provide the instructions for Alan as his design is a bit more generic, and wouldn't take much work to adapt to other character designs (I actually did one of Draco Rex with a few alterations like belly scutes with very little extra work).
That's an awesome oversized plushie!!! He might be too big for my bedroom with lots of things in the way, but BLK truly makes a great giant buddy! I don't have any plans to get a giant plushie soon, but I could easily imagine one of my living/anthro plane/aeromorph OCs being that large.
