Hello again, wonderful people O:
This is one of my very first characters I ever made as of recent, known as Rio. He was originally a human concept, as some of you may know from previous posts i've made that has included him, but now I finally have a feline reference for my tiny little pissy british fellow. There's a whole backstory and such that I could go on about, but for now i'll keep things nice, short and sweet. Hope you dragon lovers don't mind a bit of mammalian art here and there!
