Next up in the Team Katswell Character Guide we have Kitty's old rival from TUFF Academy and General Guar's adoptive daughter,  DAVECARTOONS 's lovely and deadly cheetah girl, Jessica Spotrunner.

Powers & Abilities:
Being a student at TUFF Academy, Jessica has received special training from the best. She has superb martial arts training, and is quite skilled at using firearms, putting her on equal terms with Kitty. Being a cheetah, she also has superhuman speed and reflexes, making her an ultra-fast competitor against her foes. She's also fluent in many languages, and could take a punch rather well.

Bio:
Jessica Spotrunner was born to a couple who were convicted of being spies, so she was left on the doorstep of General Guar's base out of fear that their daughter might be in peril from the authorities. So, Guar took her in, and raised her as his own daughter. As Jessica got older, Guar told her that her birth parents were actually spies working for the US government, and they wanted him to raise her to be just as ruthless as they were. So, when she was old enough, Guar sent Jessica to TUFF Academy to complete her training, and hopefully help him destroy TUFF from the inside.
Upon joining TUFF Academy, Jessica signed up for the TUFF Academy Temple Games, and discovered that her fellow teammates Ahab Blubberman, Adam Evelyn, Jess Spectre, Benjamin Bearshilde, Edward Squilliam, and Blaire Newton discovered that being bad was more fun than being good. So, with their help, she managed to win the games by rigging them in her favor. However, when Kitty enrolled at TUFF Academy, Jessica became quick rivals with her, both in the games, and in their studies. While Kitty was so enraptured in her studies, Jessica would often boast and brag about being naturally gifted in crime-fighting. And, during the games, Jessica was downright brutal with Kitty. Until, during the final round, one of Jessica's teammates, an osprey named Oliver Spraze, ratted her and the rest of her team out for rigging the games in their favor. This got them expelled from the academy, and Jessica never forgave Oliver OR Kitty for this.
Years later, Jessica returned to TUFF and met Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell. She claimed to have "changed her ways," and decided to take up an internship in TUFF's hospital wing as a nurse. But, when an accident caused Allison and Kimiko to sprain their knees, and got them in the hospital, Kitty and the others quickly discovered from a surveillance video that Jessica caused the accident in the first place. Upon accusing her for it, Jessica pretended to be upset about it, and ran off. Despite being scolded by the Chief, Kitty ran off after Jessica, resulting in a duel between the two on the roof. It would seem that they were at an impasse, which caused Jessica to jump off the building, and into the hands of General Guar, making Kitty realize that she was his adoptive daughter. After a talking to from Jake, the Chief realized that Kitty was right, and decided to relieve Kitty from her accusation. Since then, Jessica has become a thorn in Team Katswell's side throughout their career.

Personality & Traits:
Jessica is cocky and arrogant, and she often belittles those she finds inferior to her. She rarely shows any kindness towards others, and would often ditch her training sessions to go partying at bars. So, Jessica's basically the opposite of Kitty in pretty much every way.
But, there are ways in which she and Kitty are similar. They both have the same exact drive to be the best at what they do (even though Kitty wants to be the greatest crime fighter around, and Jessica wants to be a future world ruler), they tend to be distracted by cat-related things like scratching posts, yarn, etc., and they both find complete idiots completely insufferable. But, that's where the similarities end, unfortunately.
Even when she's surrounded by her fellow DOOM agents, she still tends to show that she's the alpha female. This was probably due to General Guar's teachings, and him being tough on her. But, Jessica has developed some feelings for her surrogate father, and General Guar DOES try to be a good father to her at times. But, he's still tough on her whenever she fails an assignment.
When Team Catz was formed, Jessica formed a great friendship with all its members (except for Rocko Payne, who scares her). She became VERY close friends with its leader, Cassidy Catz, seeing how they share a similar hatred towards Kitty. They sometimes even join forces to take out Team Katswell, and even go out for some shoplifting at the Petropolis Mall (in disguise of course). But, she still wonders who her birth parents were, and those thoughts would often cloud her. Regardless, Jessica still maintains a true force of evil, and never backs down from a crime.
