Powers & Abilities:
Julian, being an eagle, is a very skilled flyer, and can divebomb an enemy from up to 50 feet in the air without even breaking a sweat. He's also very intelligent in the field of aircraft mechanics, and is a very strong team player when the cards are stacked in his favor.

Bio:
Julian was born in Santa Fe, New Mexico a happy and healthy eagle hatchling, although during his childhood, he was too heavy to fly early on in life. The doctors said that it was mostly because he was born with very big bones, and had some surgery done on him to reduce their size. The surgery was a success, and now Julian can fly so much, he rarely wants to come back down to Earth. But, as much as he likes flying, he also has had a fascination with aircraft, and dreamed about working in the air force but not as a pilot, but as a mechanic.
Years later, Julian enrolled at Hawkridge University majority in aircraft maintenance, but took sessions at TUFF Academy part-time to use his flying skills to combat crime. After graduating, he started working at TUFF in Petropolis, California, and starting working on most of the aircraft the agents use for aerial combat as an intern for the mechanical crew. Eventually, he started working on ground vehicles like the TUFF mobile, and it was there that he met his two best friends, Izzy Longhorn and Dominic Polarice.
After taking it over with the Chief, Izzy and Dominic became Julian's partners in TUFF. They spent most of their time working on cars and other vehicles, but when the time is right, they're an unstoppable crime-fighting trio.
He, however, gets roped into Team Katswell's adventures from time to time. One day, Julian, Izzy, Dominic, and two other interns named Fiona Foxborne and Suzy Siu were working on an explosive prototype for TUFF to use, when they were suddenly kidnapped by Ripclaw's henchmen, only to be rescued by Kitty herself. Also, while working on Ethan Retriever's new fighter jet, the Goldenrod, and it got stolen by Jack Rabbit and Aero Falcon, Julian showcased his flying skills, and helped the team get it back. The team was grateful for Julian's help, and are always willing to ask him for help whenever they need it.
Personality & Traits:
Julian is very patient and forgiving towards others, but he's not afraid to speak his mind about something in his own words. He loves to fly, and finds that a quick soar through the sky is a great way to clear his mind, and unwind after a rough day at work. And, whenever he sees his buddies in danger, he wastes no time to coming to their aid, and bailing them out in any way he can. Julian is a patient man, but a strong fighter once he's all riled up.
The two greatest people in Julian's life are his best friends, Izzy Longhorn and Dominic Polarice. Ever since their first meeting, they never left each others' sides and wouldn't trade anything in the world for each other. But, Julian's also gotten along very well with other TUFF agents, like Kitty, Dudley, John, and Stan, the latter being the most he has in common with. He also sees Keswick and Dr. Basilisk as mentors in the field of machinery to him, always teaching him the basics of mechanics and jet propulsion that will help him in the long run.
While Julian loves to fly, he doesn't like dropping from great heights without his flight to save him. When he first started flying, he was nervous that he was gonna drop to an early grave. But, he pulled through, and managed to get over his fear of heights, despite still not liking dropping from heights. He also doesn't like it when people ruffle his feathers (whether playfully or to torture him for information), and like most eagles, he can't resist a good seafood dinner. But, he always manages to pull through, and tries his best to help Team Katswell protect the world from evil.
So, that's Julian's interpretation for "TUFF: Team Katswell."
