Let's dive a little deeper into him, shall we?
Real name: Kenny Oswald

Powers & Abilities:
K.O. is very athletic as well as super fast, having lightning quick reflexes. He can run circles around his victims, making them confused and unable to predict where he'll strike next. He also prefers hand to hand combat as opposed to using any firearms, though he does carry one around with him just in case. Just like his species, K.O. can jump very high, which comes in very handy for dodging adversaries' attacks as well as gun shots.

Bio:
Kenny Oswald was born in Canberra, Australia a very scrawny individual. He was always picked on and bullied in school for having such weak upper-body strength, and would often get beat up without any way to fight back. So, he decided to do something about this, and signed up for karate classes in hopes of toughing him up a bit. After many years of hard training, Kenny became super athletic and super powerful, and he even discovered that his speed increased greatly, too. So, he had a lightning bolt tattooed on his right arm to signify it as such.
After a while, he eventually got back at the bullies who picked on him by clobbering them senseless. This didn't go over very well with his parents, karate instructor, and the authorities, so he was removed from his karate class, and was sent to a correctional institute to learn how to behave properly. But, Kenny fled from the institute, and escaped to the United States, where he began to turn to a life of crime. Now answering to his initials "K.O.," he became a feared and powerful criminal in Petropolis, California, which eventually caught the attention of crime boss Ripclaw.
Upon recruiting K.O., Ripclaw saw that he had great potential to be a terrifying criminal. As a result, he was paired up with Terrence Whiptail and SteelTusk, and they committed various crimes and misdemeanors throughout Petropolis. However, he first came across Terrence's old high school "sweetheart" Kitty Katswell, who was now an agent of the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force, after an attempt to steal an old ladies' purse, and was defeated by her. Then, under Ripclaw's orders, he assisted in kidnapping five TUFF interns to be held as a ransom, and after Kitty defeated Ripclaw and saved them, got arrested.
K.O. met up with Team Katswell again while back in Australia. Under Ripclaw's orders, K.O. organized an illegal mining operation in the Outback to dig up some priceless diamonds that were worth a fortune. Niles was angered by this because to him, the Outback symbolized the beauty that Australia's exotic nature gives, and he wasn't gonna let anyone destroy it. So, after driving Ripclaw's miners away, Niles confronted K.O., and told him that he was a disgrace to Australians everywhere. K.O. got so enraged by this, he began fighting Niles hand-to-hand, only to end up losing to him. After getting arrested, K.O. began to develop a hatred for Niles and his outlook on nature, which made him cross paths again with Team Katswell on numerous occasions.
Personality & Traits:
K.O. is a guy who can't stay still very long and is always ready for action. He enjoys engaging in boxing fights and playing handball/racquetball (whatever you call it). He also loves sports and can be quite competitive. He hangs around with his friends Terrence WhipTail and SteelTusk the elephant and is usually willing to help Terrence out with his schemes.
Also, his loyalty to Ripclaw is very hit or miss at times. He IS proud to work for him, but he feels as if Ripclaw's got an ulterior motive for him. So, occasionally, he and SteelTusk often sneak off behind his back, and temporarily lend their criminal skills to other criminal masterminds such as Birdbrain or James Thaddeus Grenger. They even worked for General Guar for a little while. But, K.O. always finds a way back to Ripclaw.
Aside from his need for action and competitive nature, another weakness that K.O. seems to suffer from is the fact that he can be pretty cocky at times. He doesn't take kindly to losing, and often throws hissy fits when he does. But, despite this, he's not one to be taken lightly, and will do anything to get the hop on Team Katswell.
So, that's K.O.'s interpretation for "TUFF: Team Katswell."
