Could i make one suggestion for the jacket :D

I would put straps like a backpack on it so it looks more modern and make the bulb a bit more wide instead of long on the back ! it would look really nifty and awesome. Just an idea XD

~not that you care about my opinion, but i think that maybe if the bulb were wider it would seem more proportioned to the back area it would be like bulbasaur more.

also it would be totally cute if it doubled as a backpack 8*D
