500 gr chicken fillet (thigh with skin)
8 tbsp of shoyu
4 tbsp of mirin
2 tbsp of sake
2 tbsp of sugar
Salt and pepper
Chicken preparation
Layer a few pinch of salt and pepper both side
Sauce preparation
Mix sugar, shoyu, mirin and sake (mix it well)
1. Cook medium heat skin side first then the other side
2. Try to wipe excess oil with paper cooking
3. Once turning a bit brown pour the sauce and cook it well until smells very mouth watery
4. Serve it on hot rice!
5. EAT TIME!!!!!
