She's Freydar. She used to be an old combagal under Cookie before Muko came along.

this girl looks unhinged! I can understand holding a grudge, but geez wanting to ruin someone's life; to have that much of a desire to see someones down fall. HOW BAD DID COOKIE MESS UP?

Indeed. Freydar used to be the best combagal ever, and had a promising career, according to Cookie. She used to work with Cookie, but then Cookie made her work out too hard, which got her (Freydar) hooked in painkillers (which Cookie, despite being a good-hearted lady, didn't get to do anything about it)and got into an injury during a fighting round that ended her career. It's no wonder she is out for revenge.

Well, indeed, it is Freydar herself at last! Just as we figured. And why not? She hates Cookie for the events that let to the tragic end of her combagal career, and is out for some nasty revenge. Ah, poor Cookie. What will Freydar do against her, Muko and Kalita?

Now they we have our first clear look at Freydar, she clearly has the body of a beautiful female bodybuilder with those bulging, strong fit muscles all over her body. Her chest has a pleasant mix of pecs with breasts. It is amazing that she is still fit and swole for someone who was injured badly in a way that she could not be a wrestler again. Also she seems to be a husky or some sort of dog like that with her gracfully curved tail. I admit that I find her hot with the female bodybuilder body. (Really, Dai does surprise me with how good he captures how woman bodybuilders are supposed to look like.) However it's too bad that she's the big bad villianess against our three protagonists, though.

Do she still take something? Her eyes doesn't seem those of a normal, unaltered person. But maybe she's just full of hate...
Also, how does she have such an ascendancy on Gonfano? Ok the others combagal respect her, but threatening a sumiguza like this without reaction nor consequences? Its not something everyone can pull out like it was nothing...

Now that you mention it, her eyes do look weird with the pupils. It may be that it had to do how angry she is with the news of Cookie and Muko bouncing back. But it could be also she's on some type of substance or something, too.

The final page left all fans in awe and shock. Freydar , but in part was expected, is the big bad nemesis(not quite villain but close) of the team Cookie, i did not expected her to be in such good shape. I wonder exactly what her career ending injury was....🤔 What we saw is that SHE is the engine of everything Shun did against Cookie. She does want her vengeance, indeed.
And her look show, as someone alresdy said here, a quite unhinged personality. Uhmmm🤔 I am the only one that think that her eyes are similar to leylines ones? Perhaps she is still hooked on painkillers....or worst stuff given her behaviour so far...

Yep, she is the face turned heel, to borrow a phrase from wrestling itself. And yep, her eyes do seem strange for some reason. Like of like Leyline's eyes as he is hooked on drugs. It may also be that her eyes are unhinged in hate and rage over the news of Cookie's return But her pupils seem to have a glaze over them compared to how the other characters drawn by Dai express anger, including in this comic. I have to wonder what her injury that ruined her career was. She can punch that window very good and she seemed very able bodied.

So that's her huh,I thought she maybe be in a wheelchair or loose a leg or something because of Cookie pushing her too hard.

Well it's possible she's either gotten surgery to help minimise the injury, or maybe she's been taking something.

Honestly, I know it's very possible to have that body, but she does kind of have the look that maybe she's on some kind of drug. Like maybe some form of steroids. Considering the organisations penchant for playing dirty against cookie and the like, it wouldn't surprise me if she did get hyped up on some form of drug before returning to the ring and the manager would have to hand-wave any tests.

Yeah, Freydar does appear fully able-bodied, she even fully cut well with muscles and is strong enough to shatter cracks into a skyscraper window a while ago. So what and where the career ending injury is on her, we wonder?

I have a theory...what if we got it wrong....perhaps the injury did not happen but would have happened if Freydar kept on fighting as hard as she did. So cookie just plain said she can't fight, and prevented her to do so, possible because at the time Cookienhad quite the clout due her success. But Freydar wanted to keep on fighting, even if it means DYING ON THE RING. And now, thank also to Shun/Yago, she consider Cookie responsible for her losing the chance for the title and shattering her dreams. So not is her turn to shatter Cookie's dream in same way.

Hell Hound

We finally meet Freydar. She looks scary. That size and that snarl look threatening. One can see why she used to be the only Combagal destined to beat Donkizari. I can see why she hates Cookie. She destroyed her career by overworking her and she doesn't want her fellow Combagals to go through the same thing she went. The next chapters will be interesting.

The lady looks a tad exercised, in more than one sense of the word.

Well, there are real life female bodybuilders whose bodies resemble Freydar's build. Though none of them are quite as incredibly tall as her.

I remember how we were only teased with the haunting sight of Freydar's back (and that was all we saw of her at that time) back when Nyarai mentioned her to Cookie during her wrestling with Muko. And yet as well now have a full good look at her appearance, it's still astounding how ripped and beefy she is. Not to mention how tall Freydar is, with her dwarfing over Shun. It is no wonder perhaps that she was had a great combagal career ahead of her, and was almost destined to be as great or greater than Donkizari.

So it's Freydar. I feel her desire for 'revenge' is getting too hypocritical though. Even if Cookie made her work too much, didn't helped when she got hooked up in painkillers, and she lost a important fight, what she did was much worst;

Not only she destroyed Cookie's life, she also ended destroying Adelgund's life, made Shun use Peki and almost caused Muko's DEATH in Nyarai's hands (or feet, for that matter). She become something much worst than what she considers Cookie to be.

And Shun is probably using her for his own nefarious deeds, but she's too focused in this dumb 'I need to destroy Cookie at all costs' thing to realize she's just another pawn.

It will be interesting how Freydar's quest for revenge would effect herself, as well as those associated with her. But of course that journey may take as long as the journeys that Muko, Kalita and Cookie have to make to form a strong and great combagal team, despite whatever Freydar and Shun can come up with against them.

Indeed you are right about the ugly actions of Freydar, Shun and Nyarai. Revenge isn't good for anyone. This desire to destroy one woman, Cookie, has led to certain others to get ruined in the process. Muko was almost killed and briefly quite the sport before at least coming back, due to being associated with Cookie. (Cookie did once told Muko after she emerged from her bedroom that by being her combagal means she is as much an enemy of Shun as Cookie herself is.) Adel and Peki both got totally ruined due to how Miho messed them up under Shun's orders. It's like tossing a stone a middle of a lake and causing the water to move in circle-shaped waves outward from the site of the impact. Hurting Cookie has also hurt certain others near her.

As a guy who finds bodybuilding women attractive, I agree that she looks attractive. Too bad she is on the antagonists' side, though.
