La villana conocida Riot (Disturbio) se define a sí misma como la campeona de la anarquía. Sus objetivos son causar caos para que de las llamas del viejo mundo surja una nueva sociedad… o al menos es lo que ella dice…su definición de “El sistema” o “El hombre del gobierno” suele ser errática usualmente limitándose a lo que sea que la halla hecho enojar ese día. Buscaba crear un personaje ligeramente basado en Mad Stan del Batman Beyond XD

Her goals are to cause chaos so that a new society may emerge from the flames of the old world ... or at least that's what she says ... her definition of "The system" or "The man of government" is often erratic, usually limiting itself to whatever that made her angry that day I was looking to create a character slightly based on Mad Stan from Batman Beyond XD
