REALLY old piece, but kinda fun bit of fanart. As a Transfan of moderate capacity, this was a piece I did for R. Smith of the webcomic Funny Farm. He and I have followed the Transformers through their various incarnations throughout the years, but there's no denying the recognizeability of G1. So here, Funny Farm star Mewn overstays his welcome with a few oldskool faces. My metal coloration could use some work, but I was attempting to look a little more like the old comic style rather than realism.

I know this is a older post from the end of last month. But Soundwave was a "Walkman" cassette player. There was an actual boom-box. But he was on the Auto-Bot side. I don't know which season he showed up in originaly. But I do know he was in the Trans Formers animated movie.
But of course they always tend to steal the names off original GOOD characters and paste them on crappy, updated renditions or otherwise different characters. I HATE it when they do that. Ruins the originals big time.
