The pink panda frowned a bit looking at her attire, not expecting the summer evening to bring rain.
“Aw c’mon, it’s not that bad.”
Her partner spoke with a smirk, following her outside the restaurant, watching the rain drops trickle down the shelter that protected them.
Folding her arms, she seemed quite intent in not walking back home with clouds pouring their fill down on them.
“C-can we call a cab? Or something, babe?” She shivered in her speech, fingertips finding comfort in her own fur.
“Already on it. I had a feeling you wouldn’t want to walk in this.” The DracoKitty leaned to the edge of what kept them dry as he held out one paw to catch raindrops, the other gently clutching his phone to get them a ride.
The Panda struggled to find a comfortable spot where she could warm herself from the cool air the rain introduced, such a contrast to the sunny weather they walked here to enjoy.
“Come here, Babe.” She felt her paw pulled by his as he held it ever so gently, his other slipping behind her waist to keep her close to him.
“You’re cold.” He added, his soft smile not leaving his lips.
“R-right here? But th-there’s people around! I’m-“ She protested before finding herself interrupted by his lips locking with hers.
Standing on her tippy toes, she gently squeeze his paw as the other paw wrapped behind his neck to be in his warmth, shivering no more.
As their lips separated, they remained close, swimming in each other’s loving gaze, gentle blushing warming their cheeks, and listening to the raindrops hit the sidewalk.
"Your eyes are gorgeous, dear." Lumi commented.
"Y-You know it's hard to stare back into your eyes. I'm-I'm shy and s-stuff." She huffed through the mixture of their breaths.
"Don't look away, 'cause then I won't be able to gaze into those purple sapphires." He replied in soft expression of love to her. "Nothing else matters but you and me, Diva."
No words but three were shared in that moment, letting their eyes talk, as they waited for their cab to arrive, holding each other in their warm loving embrace.

ryodramon We're in a long distance relationship, but I can only dream of what our first in person date would be. Although online, we still had date dates before he asked me out, and before he asked me out, he surprised me with this couples image for us.
