Just a picture I drew long ago when I once read a positive review on HOTR, which started out by saying the film was cursed forever of being the shadow of the greatest classic Disney features ever made. To me, it was kinda sad, even though I was fully aware that HOTR may not be the greatest Disney movie in the world like those other characters as shown in the picture. But to me, instead of comparing HOTR to those classics from the 90s, I'd rather compare it to past Disney features of the 40s and 50s that I remember first seeing as a child. At such a young age, I could've cared less about the outside world and how it sees family features, just like I don't care anymore what other people say of HOTR, as long as there are still fans out there that believe in true Disney Magic today and what their movies stand for. And today HOTR seems to be getting the love and appreciation that it truly deserves. Failure is not the end of the world, it's just a step toward perfection.
