Ive been making some end grain cutting boards, or Butcher Blocks if you prefer. i have also m=been making a lot of cutting boards with resin and Ive been wanting to do a hybrid version of both for a while. As usual I had no idea where this was going when I started it about a week ago. I didn't know I was going to be putting boxes inside of a frame, or 8 individual and unique beach scenes inside of them, these things just happen.

This is made from
Cypress, the boarder
Jatoba, the boxes
sand, sea shells and starfish
and my best guess would be about 3/4 to 1 gallon of resin.

This is also the largest board I have ever made with the dimensions of 13.5 x 21 inches.
with the extra weight of all the resin I had to add a 3rd pair of rubber feet in the middle to help support the weight.
