Levena Revenant is the Grand Diplomat for the Hell Empire. She is a sophisticated, arrogant and condescending woman. She is unsympathetic towards others and doesn't tolerate disrespect from what she considers her lessers. She as a policy of negotiating from a position of strength and often resorts to threats and intimidation to get what she wants. She would be considered a disaster if she represented anyone else, however, she is perfect in reflecting interests of the Empire. She is only a diplomat in an ironic sense, a way for the Emperor to ridicule his opponents. Levena is more of a harbinger of doom, here to deliver declarations of destruction, while only offering ultimatums for brief reprieve. Death is more important to the Empire then their lives. Death offers a new corpse to be forged into a necross and a new soul to be crafted into a demon. Levena is just there to offer them the opportunity to prove they have more value alive then dead to the Empire, if not, she unleashes the Necross to slaughter them.

Anyone infected by a necross will die shortly after and become a zombie. After a brief gestation period, they will mutate into a proper necross. Once a necross, their bodies will shed spores as they move, and if killed they will release a cloud of spores, that will grow into copies of themselves. They typically take on the social behavior of a hive of insects.

However, there is a rare chance a person will retain their mind and sanity when they become a zombie and won't mutate into a necross. These special zombies are called ghouls. These ghouls can restore their bodies to the same condition as before their death by eating the flesh of the living and they can maintain them by drinking blood. Once their bodies and minds are fully restored, they become what is called a revenant. A revenant controls the other necross, giving out commands and orders that the others absolutely obey. Essentially becoming the mind and will of the necross.

Levena has reached the highest echelons of necross hierarchy and earned herself a prominent position as one of the leading commanders of the Hell Empire.
