In this scene, as Vito Talford was casually walking along the trail back to his dorm he encounters Bill from the Drama Club. Bill kind of comes and goes every now and then when passing by each other a few times, after a while they both become good friends as they talk about stuff they like to do after class hours. Mostly Bill likes to talk about woman... a lot, as Vito like to chat about his hobbies that include his artwork and hopes to become the best artist in the Manga Class. He hopes to practice long enough to one day make his own manga in the future, maybe even open his own shop when he get's older. Only time will tell if he keeps it up.
