I introduce to you Tileena Alkai of the Aquiterrian Alliance, close neighbor of the Draconian Federation. This is her in her traditional clothing as she actually comes from a large group of nomads who live on a desert planet in the Alliance.

Tileena herself is actually separated from her roots and is a part of the Aquiterrian military, ranking as a junior admiral (again, genius here). Her abilities in the areas of strategy and tactics have proven most valuable.

Tileena is actually a potential love interest for Drac, but that's something I haven't finalized, but the story potential is there. I love how Hebichan brought her out in her traditional attire, which was inspired by modern Persian/Iranian clothing styles.
