This is a special cover image made for Doofus-P Miku Append's version of the song Disturbia. I really love Doofus-P's vocaloid songs, so when I told him I'd be interested in making a cover image for one of his songs, he sent me a note, and I made this.
The Design for Miku in the pic is based off his A-Pop Idol Miku which you can find here: [link]
I gave her a bit of a gothic look and used a Black Widow theme on her.
