Shayde takes a bit of a time out after beating a foe. Sometimes finding peace and quiet is hard to do, so he uses this time to give his trusty katana a clean.

That's Shayde's actual fur. His body and legs are yellow, and his arms, feet and head are black. Don't worry...I get that misunderstanding alot.
As for the ultra-wide katana...well, I guess Linkin just drew it a little wider than it should be.

Linkin did his best with the katana. I guess the ref pic I gave him, and the angle of the pic, makes it look bigger than it should be.
That'd be an interesting fight. I should take you up on that. I love RP battles.
