After much longer than I'd anticipated, this is finally done. The first music comic I've done since "Every Day is Like Sunday" 2004, and the longest color comic I've done since the 1980's. Colored in Photoshop over scanned inked artwork.
Since this is not canon to any particular story, I used a bunch of friend's characters, so thanks to all of them for being good sports about their characters being drafted into this.
This particular page has
Mulefoot
and
driprat and his character Edmund Vade.

Heh, I've been wanting to do something like this for the song New Divide by Linkin Park, except that project was more of a music video story with the lyrics working as ongoing narrative. This is a pretty cool concept, especially with how well it works. The song's got a nice tune, and so far you're doing it justice.
To this day this comic still hits hard in nostalgia especially the YouTube version👍 honestly I still can't help but feel bad for the cat, ( spoiler warning)
he didn't seem like a bad guy he was just heartbroken and outraged that his wife cheated on him which causes him to snap and murder both her and her secret lover. Hopefully the judge and peers showed pity on him and he got a lighter sentence or the possibility of parole in the future.
