Sort of... I overlayed a few scanned textures and used some grunge brushes for the background. The actual drawing is graphite though.

I know this is just an experiment, but I really like it. There's a lot of life and personality to it. Between his posture, his expression, and his clothing, it really gives a good feel for the character. Good stuffs.
