Thirteenth of 31 daily drawings I did for October, each one being fan art for a different series. It's Scar from Full Metal Alchemist! I recently finished the entirety of Brotherhood, and it was fantastic the whole way through. Scar's a very cool character. His best moment was when he tried to pet the panda unsuccessfully.

I guess I'm in the minority but I find the original FMA anime more appealing than Brotherhood. I didn't like the other characters they brought in and the arc with the humonculus was meh.

Still, fma is just iconic

Admittedly I never watched the first series the whole way through, but it was my first experience with the franchise
I remember in high school thinking it was an anime made for girls, only because my female friends really obsessed over it-- I was dead wrong about that

My fiance hasn't seen it all the way through either. Thats mainly due to his first episode being the discovery of Nina's chimera then just kinda noped out of it.
