This peice is one of my treasured, i had this red agate stone for so long i just wasn't sure what to do with it, i knew i wanted something you'd see in some fantasy game, and really wanted to stick to a complementimg color scheme.
it is made with a peice of Red Agate polished into a large coin, the design was etched in and then heavily re-polished over to a smooth finish.
It was then surrounded by 18g copper wire and encircled with facted Garnets, then wire bound with 26g copper wire.
Sticking with a more fantastical theme I included some pewter feather accents and a pewter cast sword accent, though I still need to grind down and polish a gemstone for the sword, but I'm having trouble deciding what stone to go with.
Strung with a dulled brass chain through a self made copper wire necklace bale.
This peice is fun to wear and catches the eye, but can be a bit cumbersome at times.

Ya know, I was thinking something along the lines of a green stone to offset the abundance of red, and bloodstone would actually be a good idea, especially since it has those red flecks within it. Thats one of my favorite stones even and surprised I didn't think of it. Thank you.
