More Aqua Aura quartz, I'm sorry but it is such a pleasing to the eye stone.
I always wanted to try my paws at one of those tree of life wire concepts you see all over.
The tricky part for this was the stone I have is a bit on the small side, and its vibrant blue color made it hard to find a good color contrast for the wire I needed to make the tree bind.
I was going to do just straight copper or even a full red tone, but then I saw how well both warm colors went with the stone, I tried a few combinations in that area of tone till I found a mix that worked well.
Some red, copper, brown, moss green, orange all went into this tree.
The next challenge was how to make a pleasing tree of life concept with so little space to work with. I went with a more gnarly Tim Burton-esc inspired look as thar enabled me to keep the bindings thin enough to work with, but full enough to show details and overall styling.

this looks super pretty!
i was thinking about making some wire framing for a pendant that broke off of my necklace, to make a little stand or something.
said pendant is pretty small, about maybe 1 cm high and wide?
really need to look into things that would work well.. <w<

Thank you very much, I really appreciate it.
That does sound like a fair challenge, especially for something that small to work with. I guess it would really depend on the shape of the item in question. Perhaps some 26 or even 28 Guage wire? Its pretty thin but easy to manipulate, the only problem i could foresee is you might need to make sure the binds will be tight enough so as to not move around or get snagged on anything since that kind of wire is often so easy to bend?
I hope it works out for you in the end. Nice avatar by the way.

thank you!
it's a small heart that i got after my dog passed, we had her cremated and my ma has the urn, i got a little heart with some of her ashes inside.
it broke off of my necklace, but i am getting a little sculpt of her, which is where i would put the heart as well, just need a little stand, so it wouldn't catch on anything, just stand somewhere looking pretty <w<
