A work in progress sketch for my next AC piece... This was an odd little idea I had shortly before going to bed a few days ago.. These cuddly woodland creatures ready to kick butt, adorably. (squirrel, hedgehog and skunk, if its not noticeable enough ^.^,)
I liked the idea of makeshift weapons they could have made themselves with found objects/garbage (sticks, bottle caps, twisty ties, elastic hair ties, bandaids, acorns, grass...)
My idea for coloring this one is going to be I think more simplistic, with a watercolor wash background, brushpen and micron linework, and probably acrylics for the characters.

I don't remember the name but there was some recent movie released about little woodland creatures fighting back against deforestation against this one developer dude which was pretty much the same idea as this.
Although on first glance this made me smile, both from the cuteness and the expressions.
