This, is Dragon Earthdrake, a species of underground based wingless tunneling dragons.

He doesn't wear clothing as, as you can see, nothing is exposed even when he's naked.

Usually, "clothing" for him is 2 leather straps, one going across his stomach like a belt, and the other going across his right shoulder and down to the left side of his hip, to carry his blade and shield.
