Hotline Undertale character, Calibar (Armored)
Here's the armored version of the Calibar Reference Sheet I did. As for why Calibar is wearing the tunic over his armor, it's because he's so close to the Dreemurr Family, he was given the tunic as a designation that he is a personal guard to the family to the point where he's a family friend.
