Inspired by an unfinished work by  RipRoarRex, of whom I've been a fan of for 7 years now. In its description, he criticises it for Rocky's general appearance. I came across it years ago and enjoyed it, and always wanted a finished version. So I did one with a Brutus twist to it. In my opinion, I may be doing an update to a paw-icon's work. I also flipped it because I feel like Brutus looked a little more menacing on the opposite side.

If it weren't for me finding a story on writing[dot]com about RRR's characters, I may not have even started my own art...well my inspirations weren't just him, it was also someone else who I might discuss in a more serious manner one day.
