Because, the whole reason for making a bullpup weapon, is to make it shorter, and maintain barrel length, you're not shortening the weapon at all.

Also holding the weapon would likely burn your left hand and the weapon has no usable sights. Not to mention it has a length of pull designed for someone with arms longer then they are tall and the weapon wouldn't be able to feed from the magazine.

The bolt couldn't possibly go back far enough to feed the ammunition from the magazine.

i dont really understand what you wanna say with the first sentence. anyways.
in the svu picture you can see theres a lot of space behind the mag where the spring is and the bolt goes to when a new cartridge is loaded. this is missing in your design. as is some room for the trigger mechanism, in your design its so close to the barrel that it cant operate

The gas tube on an AK is on the top on the barrel, its the piece that pokes out behind the sight, looks like a second barrel. He has the trigger smashed up again the bottom of the barrel, which means no room for the trigger mechanism, as is, theres no room for the trigger.
Then, hes also got the mag pushed back where the trigger normally would be.. and theres all sorts of things wrong with this...

yeah thats right. but i guess apart from those 2 things you could actually build a weapon like this apart from it just looking wrong
