this is a recipe I made for my goat dog boyfriend. It has goat cheese in it hehe I'm such a clever fox. anyways i owe you all for watching me after such a long period of inactivity so here is the recipe.

goat cheese
tortillas
chicken
turkey
lettuce
pepperazzi peppers (any pickled peppers work here)



warning be sure to leave space on one end of the tortilla and the two adjacent sides for folding and sealing.

assembly coat tortilla with an even layer of goat cheese. sprinkle finely chopped pepperazzi peppers on top, followed by a thin layer of chicken and turkey. add as much lettuce as you can without over stuffing it (I can usually only do a thin layer because i use six inch tortilla shells) roll up tortilla and fold in the ends. the goat cheese on the top part you left bare should keep the tortilla from falling apart.

if you want you can place tooth picks in it ever in and slice it into pinwheels.
