1.You can give them any name, change their pronouns and choose their sexual preferences. If you wish I can add this info on the picture.
2.All my adopts are adults, above 18 y.o.
3.You can ask me to add censorship on them or cover private parts with simple black swimsuit. For free.
4.I never use pre-made bases so all bases are mine and I can re-use them in the future or sell them for the price lower than the adopt.
5.You can not resell my designs for bigger price. Unless it comes with new art.
6.You can not resell adopts right away. Keep them for at least a month and try to love them.
6.I can change outfit for additional price or add accessories. I will have some artistic freedom about your suggestions be aware.
7.If you plan to use character for some pedo/zoo shit I will report you.
8.People who win adopts in raffles can not sell my adopts for money/points ect. Only trade for another adopt.
9.You should never say that you designed adopt yourself even if it was a custom. Please respect me as a creator.
10.You can ask me to remove my watermark on design picture but you should always credit me as the creator on Toyhouse.
11.You can not change colors or markings or hair color/length without my permission. It is OK to draw it to see how it looks like or for fun but not on constant basis.
12.TOS was created on 12 of August 2020. It is applied to all my adopts created after this date.
13.If I see any violation of my rules I will make a call out post revealing your info.
14.Don't make merch for profit with them. For personal use only.
