Nick has an exam, and by the time he enters the hospital room he already feels uncomfortable.
Doctor: Welcome! You must be Nick, please come in.
Nick: *proceeds to enter the room with a scared look*
Doctor: *Notices Nick shaking* Are you alright Nick? What seems to be matter?
Nick: Um...i....I'm just cold...
Doctor: Cold? Its warm in here, you must be scared *Pats Nick on the back* I promise I wont hurt you, this will be a simple body exam.
Nick: I hope it will be easy...
Doctor: It will I promise, anyways please have a seat on the bed please.
Nick: *Proceeds to sit on the bed* I....how long will this take?
Doctor: hmmm about 30 minutes not too long!
Doctor: Would please take off your clothing please and put that gown on *points to a gown on the bed*
Nick: *Starts shaking again* I have to take my clothes off..?
Doctor: Please, I cannot examine a body with clothing, I'll leave the room so you can get comfortable and put the gown on. *leaves the room*
Nick: *looks at gown* stupid gown...I dont wanna put this stupid thing on ugh *takes off everything but his socks and underwear* okay doc I'm done!
Doctor: *Enters the room, notices Nick still wearing his undies and socks* Nick in sorry to say but you really need to take off your undergarments please, the examine is a full body exam.
Nick: Wha....I have to be naked?!?!? No please I cant do this please *begins to shake nervously*
Doctor: *Gives Nick a comforting hug* your underwear has to at least come off, you can keep your socks on if that will make you feel better.
Nick: I....can keep my footie socks..?
Doctor: Yeah, whatever makes you feel comfortable just the underwear needs to come off please.
Nick: ...alright I'll take my undies off..will I get them back doctor?
Doctor: *Laughs* of course Nick, this will only take roughly 30 minutes as I said before, no need to worry.
Nick: Thank you doctor *begins to pull underwear down*
Doctor: Alright ready for the exam?
Nick: Y...yes
Doctor: Alright we will get started with your vitals.
