"You may think demons don't become afraid or feel pain. In fact they were born from fear and suffering, they know it better than any other being, and yet they thrive."
Shangrila, a shape shifting demonic entity that lies and deceives so well that his entire existence thrives in a world fabricated by his own twisted mind. He is so good at changing his shape and words that he has little self identity and leeches off other life forms for a sense of self.
He has a very good memory, as well. He remembers all the people and companions that have cast him out. Even other demons, his only brothers, cannot communicate with him. He drowns out the torture by tormenting others constantly.
He's very clever and wise, so for the most part he is collected and intense, dangerous to trifle with.
However, he can't escape his maddening thoughts every moment of the day...
Oh and I made his stripes dark because he's all fucking trippin balls right now
- Ballpoint pen and Photoshop CS

I WAS trying to find "lie" in hebrew but I couldn't decipher the symbols so I decided to just put the ones that came up as a title, since it looks cool at least XD

i love the coloring on this. it's very smooth and well-done. ugh the base drawing on this is so wonderful too. i love him with with twisted, fucked up bear face. it makes him all tortured and creepy looking. so good *u*

Dude, I know... I used to love sitting down and completing things like this but I've lost that motivation for the most part :c It's kind of dumb how the average furry responds better to my stupid lazy art; I just gotta remind myself and my audience that I actually CAN do fine art

Yeahhh well I can sort of relate to this though, at the moment I really have more fun sketching up small things rather than spending hours on something bigger, more finished.
I guess that'll change sometimes again though, like it usually does :B
