Hero Forge recently added color to its character generator program, and I used it to color five figures I had previously created on the web site. Except that I can't paint spots on the hyenas, I think the results are spectacular. This first one is Kathy Grrsn in armor for her duel against Jinjur Maiham.
The characters are from my comic strip, Carry On: The Road To Rackenroon.

I also noticed that there's a slider to move the eyes around. You can also have bicolored eyes, or a real eye and a robotic eye or a blind eye. The body parts are sectioned so you can tint the ear tips a different color than the lower ears. You can even paint inside the mouth!
However--I looked up what the print-painted figures really look like, and they have almost no detail in the faces, and very little detail in the costumes. I'm glad I saw that before wasting $44 on one! I can paint them myself better than that for less than that!
The big benefit of the program is that you can create close-enough images of your OC, pose them, move them around in space, and use them for drawing models.
